2010 Charge Conference Information & Forms

The layout of the forms is as below.  The forms and documents are available in one of three formats (doc, pdf or xls). 

Please read the Guidelines for the Salary & Benefits carefully before proceeding with this document.  We would strongly encourage you to use the Excel (xls) version since it will do the calculations for you. 

If you have trouble accessing any of these forms, first try a different computer, then call the District Office (626 355-2359) and ask Pam Allen for help.

• The S&B 2010 must be voted on at the Charge Conference.  If your CC is after December 1, a draft must be sent to the District Office by December 1.
• The following forms are to be voted on and turned in at the time of your CC: Accountable Reimbursement Policy, Parsonage Allowance, Candidate for Ministry Report (if applicable); SPRC Appointment Recommendation
• All other forms are due at the time of your scheduled church conference, or, at the latest, January11, 2010.
