FROM THE TREASURER…
It's a new quadrenium, with new books and sometimes new people.  I'm one of those new people: Betty Prentice, new treasurer.

When you send me an e-mail, in the subject line please put "UMW" followed by the subject you desire.  That way your inquiry or comments won't get deleted.

One possible change for you is that the president should see the bank statement that goes to your treasurer. You can do this in paper form or on the internet, but it needs to be done monthly.  This is true for conference, district and local units.

New forms can be found either online or in the new Handbook.  When you sendmoney to your district officer, please use the correct form;  The remittance form for all treasurers is for most remittances with the pin order from when you are ordering pins.
