· Encourage conference and district officers to attend all conference events.
· Each unit increase the number of Mission Today checklist items it achieves.
· Challenge each unit to increase Pledge to Mission by at least an additional $1 per member for 2009
· Promote the Charter for Racial Justice by encouraging every UMW unit to become Charter Club Unit with a minimum of 2 units per district.
· Each unit scholarship one person to attend the Cooperative School of Christian Mission.
· Strive to demonstrate inclusiveness by race, ethnicity, and age in leadership development.
