Provisional Program and Forms

In this section, you will find a few documents pertaining to the general provisional program.  This area will be developed to guide you about the provisional program itself.  Please refer first to the forms for deacons and elders at the link "OFFICIAL FORMS" to familiarize yourself with the documents you will need for your particular ordination track.

Please print out and use the online documents and not printed documents you may have collected previously.  Those printed documents may be out of date!  These documents will be updated as soon as changes are made, and should always be the most up to date version of the document you will need.

If you have questions about the Provisional Residency Program requirements,or the documents below, please call the Chairperson of the Provisional Program.  We are currently recruiting a new chairperson.  Please correspond with Rev. Alan Smith, Chair of the Board of Ordained Ministry at PastorAl@tabor-umc.org or (215)234-4852.

Self-Care Guidelines

Additional Forms you may need can be found in the various sections of the Web Site of the  Division of Ordained Ministry, General Board of Higher Education and Ministry.

While we endeavor to keep this website as up to date as possible, things are always changing in the online world.  If you notice that a link is no longer pointing to the page it should, please let us know by contacting the webmaster at Alan Smith.  Please indicate which page of our website the link is on, the name of the link, and what day you encountered the problem.  We will attempt to correct the difficulty as soon as possible.
