Covenant & Renewal Membership Classes


Covenant and Renewal Membership classes are held monthly as needed. If you would like to become a member of our Church, please join us. Other United Methodist Church transferees are also welcome. We meet:
  • Friday 6:00p.m. - 8:30p.m.
  • Saturday 9:00a.m.-3:00p.m. with lunch included.

    Topics covered are:
  • Getting to know each other-telling our stories.
  • What makes a Methodist.
  • Sharing our spiritual gifts.
  • Expectations of members.
  • Programs and ministry opportunities.
  • What it means to become a disciple.

    You may request session materials before the classes begin.

    Following the classes, participants decide whether they wish to become members. New members are welcomed into the congregation on Membership Sunday, the day after the class ends.
