"We, the Administrative Council of Chenango Street United Methodist Church, meeting on November 6, 1994, affirm our intention to be a "Reconciling Congregation", accepting of gay, lesbian, and bi-sexual persons. We welcome into the membership and full participation of our church all persons regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender, financial status, sexual orientation, or disabling condition.
We invite all members of our congregation to enter into the spirit of this resolution through programs intended to broaden our experience and awareness of the circumstances which affect one another's lives."
