In 2004, we oversubscribed our pledge to District missions and gave support to many local charities. We heard talks by speakers from Salvation Army, Crisis Pregnancy Center, and the Food Pantry.
In addition to formal programs, we sponsor an exercise class and the Sew 'n Group which makes baby quilts, bags, and sweaters.
Meals have been served for many groups and individuals. Rummage sales are used as fund raisers.
The group currently has a reading program to encourage members to read specific books aimed at strengthening their Christian faith and action.
