Annually, the Church has a conference to hear reports from the concluding year, elect officers for the next year, set the pastor's salary, and conduct any other official business. These conferences are presided over by the District Superintendent.

The 1996 Conference was held at the Church on December 4th. The reports of various groups of the Church were presented in a written Annual Report which is available in the Church office. Lay Leader Jim Morgan opened the Conference by reading the lyrics from an original song based on the Conference theme, Christ Cares.

Pastor Dave Stout reported on the health of the Church. Officers of the church highlighted events of the year.

District Superintendent Jeff Regan presented news of the connectional church. Of particular interest was the status of the Pass It On campaign to build new churches, improve church camps, and build a retreat center.
